Option 1: Make it "Your Company" Idol night by adding a show host and a camera man with live Video. Upgrade to add trophy awards to make it feel legit while your chosen VIPs judge the competition.
Option 2: just stick with fun karaoke for your crowd with two screens (one large) for all to sing along. Includes 4 mics, song books, awesome assistant and pro audio system.
